I use the same kind of large, tough plastic Samsonite case. Been using it for most of the past decade and although it’s now scratched to bits, it’s never let me down.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s my one, too. 31 inches sounds about right. Pricey for a suitcase but a good investment that’ll last a long time.

Drawback is they’re slightly wedge shape, so you have slightly less room than you might were it square like a box or a pelican (pelicans are square birds, right?)

Another big advantage… it’s a suitcase! It has handles and wheels and it’s not a big bulky box you have to lug around!

I’d recommend one full suit with padding max, tho I’ve fit a full and a partial before, even two full suits minus one set of feet, where one of them had no padding. YMMV
