Yes! Manufacturers were investing in the U.S.! Foreign companies too! They were even setting up new U.S. based subsidiaries. In so many communities represented by Republicans. They showed up to celebrate all the new jobs and are silent now. Call Congress tomorrow!

1/ Just as a reminder, we WERE onshoring a bunch of manufacturing jobs, thanks to the CHIPS and IRA acts. Those jobs were spread around the country, many/most in red districts.
