Seriously though: I'm a German user, and people post the wildest things there. To me it often feels like a machine that turns people I like into cringe dispensers. I know this wasn't necessarily the site's intention.
Also, I feel the same way about much of social media, especially the sites that reward decidedly performative output. I know I'm fighting windmills, but I would enjoy LI (and Instagram, and many other sites) more without it.
