as an intersex person, I feel this. I had no idea why I didn’t like going shirtless at the pool, then one year I started getting breast development, and I was like “oh”. Then the question becomes “well how do I fit in now?”

I used to love swimming as a kid... Never liked showing my chest for reasons I couldn't figure out. And then... I stopped going.

I still love swimming. And I may never do it again.
