Not surprising. The prosecution gets to present a strictly one sided case where the jury doesn’t get much of a chance to vote this down. I doubt most of the grand jury doesnt know the law that should prevent this bs from turning into a circus.

A grand jury is a one-sided affair. A prosecutor presents his evidence and there's no one to contradict anything he brings up.
