https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-6-part-i-chapter-3 C2 outlines filing late. If they paid a preparer, they might think of suing them. The natz app requires proof of permanent resident status. When seeing a conditional instead of a permanent, the question is ALWAYS, "Did they finish adjudication your I-751?"

NO sympathy for the Eriksens, they voted for Trump. Eriksen neglected to file form I-751, which conditional U.S. residents who marry US citizens MUST turn in to apply for permanent residency; it was supposed to be filed in 2015. Kasper didn’t anticipate that he’d become a victim of the system. 🤣🤣

What's more puzzling is that you must include a copy of your green card with a citizenship filing. How did he miss that his expired in 2015, and he'd never filed an I-751? He literally is one of the illegal aliens he is said to disparage on FB.
