Question for you all: Looking back at the leaders I’ve worked under, I’ve come to the conclusion that good leaders remain as is, or improve on their already good skills, but rarely go in the opposite direction. Whereas bad leaders rarely improve, and more often or not, get worse. Agree, disagree?
