Agree. But here’s the hurdle. We need a lot of constitutional reforms. The SC is but one. The electoral college. Term limits for Congress. Repeal Dobbs. Probably the biggest is abolishing CU.

Right now it’s a zero sum game. So the chances of getting the states necessary for any of them is zero.

Thomas' first language was Gullah. That's a language spoken by slaves and their descendants in the Georgia and Carolina coastal communities.
He only began with English later. Now he wants to have people barred from coming here / being here and that just doesn't seem right.

Agree. I do not know enough about the dynamics and operation of the SC. Specifically, once he no longer represented the majority of the Court, it's unclear to me how much control he really had vs the other 5 guys together.
