:) Interesting belief that 128 passengers/day (mostly holiday makers, presumably) can keep a whole region economically viable. It's way less than fit in an average train.

It is an interesting case study. I did a paper on it back when I was a visiting student at RuG in the late 90s. Should be able to function like BLL does for Denmark. Is mismanagement an issue?
