A2: In my quest to learn more about Marco Polo I visited his (supposed) birthplace in Korcula, Croatia. And I took a cruise round parts of Southeast Asia to get an idea of some of the places he sailed to (but they would have been rather different in his day...)

I wonder how Marco Polo and Columbus would feel about what we think of their birth cities. Many think Columbus wasn’t from Genoa 🤷🏼‍♀️
