Charges dismissed against Mayor Baraka. Didn’t need a crystal ball to see that outcome. Those federal officials involved should lose any qualified immunity and Mayor Baraka should pursue a civil case. But any kind of monetary damages would be at the expense of the taxpayers and they’ll keep jobs.
