Might have something to do with the majority in Congress, after 45 years, not supporting the Constitution or Democracy. Think of Congress as a pot of water on a stove. 45 years the stove was turned on and a small flame appeared. Over the years the burner has gone up and down but never off. 1/2

This isn't wrong. When SCOTUS makes a decision it is the job of the legislature to refine the laws. If SCOTUS issues a compelling argument, then congress should act. If congress wants to disagree with SCOTUS they can pass a new law. Congress has already given the president too much power.

Congress does. Somehow the president is allowed to issue tariffs that raise revenue for the US government because congress hasn't shut that crap down.

Good analysis. Congress is not doing its Constitutional job, and has essentially become a parliamentary system. This is not what the Founders intended.
