Literally, do a print, see some more stringing than expected, lower the temp, saw some under extrusion on the first layer? increased flow rate a tad bit, noticed some bad stringing during retraction, increased retraction distance.

I buy really cheap filaments. Most of mine are less than $10 per kg, some as low as $8 per kg.

And it’s a hobby, all the stuff I’m printing is for me. Stuff like multi board or underware, or gridfinity… functional prints.

If I mess up on the flow rate, I may get a bit more over extrusion, or under. If I mess up on the temp, it may not bridge as well.
