Is there any way of turning off these dumb notifications for your Twitch chat?

How Twitch has somehow failed to grasp that just clipping a random moment without ANY finesse simply because chat is talking is NOT A GOOD IDEA is hilarious, annoying and well...entirely unsurprising.
