With it being a fed program
and drump being above the law, he could reverse all Biden has done to have reproductive rights protected. Here in tx, he likes what the AG has done in trying to make drs/Hosps open records even across state lines. So far courts say no, but drump could prob change that

He and several others should be!!! I was actually hoping he and drump would go on a space flight and get lost.
