It's so dark. I'm cynical and tend to expect the worse from most people, but it's such a shockingly, indefensibly evil thing.

Yes, deeply dark. But I also think of the people who were not accepting when I came out who have changed for the better. So much good news does not reach the headlines.

If it bleeds, it leads, unfortunately. But yes, there's more kindness than hate out there, the latter just stands out.

Yup. And the last couple of days have been pretty horrible. Sometimes just keeping on is the best we can do, and it will be enough.
