You are intentionally misinterpreting the disorder to fit the narrative of someone you don't like being a pedophile. POCD does not a pedophile make.

If someone enough sexual thoughts about children for it be classes a disorder, there is no acceptable way to frame that.

That person is going to be seen as disgusting to most people.

The ageplay and incest stuff really don't help either.

A non offending person with a disorder/compulsion is not the same as an acting pedophile that is hurting children/watching CSAM.

Of course the thoughts and fears are disgusting, which is why she sought help for them.
