Can you be more specific? I had dinner with my cousin last night. He and his wife live in Texas and we’ve discussed the grid so I’m not casting uninformed aspersions.
Apologies if I’m inserting something you already know, but ERCOT is not regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. It would be up to ERCOT and your state legislators and the Public Utility Commission of Texas to increase the reliability of ERCOT, not the federal government.
ERCOT is not regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, but instead they’re regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas and state legislation. So it is actually up to Texas leadership.
