#TTRPG folks, what is at the top of your "shelf of shame"? What system, or adventure, were you so excited to buy but still haven't used at the table yet?
I think mine is the #DnD 5e Arora setting by @ghostfiregaming.bsky.social. I salivate every time I look at it sitting on the shelf.

Cool books. Maybe someday!
My shelves over-floweth too.
It's almost easier to list the non-D&D games and adventures that I HAVE gotten play out of: Blades in the Dark, Court of Blades, Cypher System, Harlem Unbound (CoC), Shadowdark.
Starting up a Pirate Borg campaign this weekend, freelance writing for Shadowdark, playing in a Deadlands campaign, and potentially thinking about running a short Feng Shui game.
I shudder to think about looking at those.
I will look it up!
Maybe the IP draws folks to the table for essentially the same style of game?
The one full-on RPG I own and haven't played is Old Gods of Appalachia, which I'd absolutely love to.
I have some unplayed campaigns for games I like too.
