I'm seeing so many posts about water in California. People are blaming everyone from the citizens to the governor. Y'all really don't know about the corporations and their invasion into our water systems, do you? For example, Nestlé, which I've been boycotting since 2016.

The simple answer as to what caused the low pressure is the high winds sent fires into thousands of buildings per hour, melting their water control panels and piping and pouring millions of gallons from the water pipes.
