We've heard from the business community that this process was taking too long for many years. Time is money, and delays mean lost revenue for them. This exciting new plan brings more people, resources, and technology in to make permitting work more efficiently for everyone.

Yesterday, @mayordeegan.bsky.social announced an 8-point action plan to streamline the civil plan review and permitting process. This covers the horizontal elements of construction projects such as water and sewer lines, drainage, roadways & parking.
