That’s so funny. There was one prominent account Joey something, the dude who pretended to be a Black woman, and he showed SS of him harassing someone and getting banned. He just was mad he couldn’t harass people on here. It was so funny.

Interesting he uses “conservative republicans” and then says don’t use MAGA, trump, etc in your profile. Do MAGA’s consider themselves conservative republicans? I think my dad’s Republican Party when I hear conservative. Very different party’s imo.

I agree with this sentiment, but remember that they are only here to see libs or lefties do something cringe so that they can laugh about it and increase their morale over on Twit. Tbh I’d prefer that they were easy to spot n block.

A lurker trying to find something hateful they can take back to twitter and only finding a nice, respectful conversational culture is the ultimate frustration for them.

The problem is that they are using it to politically paint their opposition a certain way. It’s more than vibes, it’s about taking political power away from us, and painting themselves as cool and us as cringe.

Maybe im catastrophising. Maybe it’s not that serious, and it’s going to be fine, but I guess I worry. There are too many bad actors over there, including foreign enemies and the Elmo, who can try to paint us as unserious and cringe to the general public without us even knowing cuz we aren’t there.

I understand your apprehension, but that frames everything through other peoples' eyes and we have no control over that. Cool and cringe are very subjective: being perceived as either does not take away or give political power.
