I strongly disagree. Only the perpetrator is culpable, not innocent third parties. If a newborn baby benefits from his father’s murder/robbery spree, no doubt you would send it to prison. /sarcasm

In my theory of moral culpability, people who unknowingly receive stolen goods are not criminals (unless they fail to return stolen goods once they find out upon owner request.)
