Jungle Island for sure! The tree stumps are sad but the greenery is wonderful. I especially like the glowy tunnel under the pathway. The wooden whark “statue” is beautifully unsettling too.

I haven't played Riven since it came out, but I fondly remember the island with the ziplines! (mostly because I'd go the wrong way & have to switch CDs)

Hold UP. There's a modern Riven coming?! When the original was out, I got stuck on the marble puzzle on the top of the gold ... dome-ish thing. I remember swapping CDs between islands too so much.
