Think about this...
Almost identical items ICE agents use can be purchased at Amazon.
If someone, say white nationalists or KKK, planned well enough and if those being threatened didn't know what to look for, acts of terrorism could happen.
Maybe many of those covering their faces AREN'T AGENTS.

Congressional Democrats need to form a Task force of Staff Members specifically to perform immediate, nationwide, unannounced oversight inspections of every ICE facility, as specifically permitted in the act authorizing ICE. The oversight need to include a census of all detainees and case status.
