Check the indoor air quality wherever you go. Don’t linger in places which are poorly ventilated. Opt to go into stores with open doors and windows. Simple things can reduce your risks. I carry a co2 monitor (Aranet 4). It’s such a simple thing, we have watches to check our heart rates for fitness 🧵
