Achievement Unlocked: Have now lost 60 pounds since October 2019. Broke out my @seawolves.rugby jersey today to wear. @timjue.bsky.social and I at Moses Lake in front of a retired Qantas 747-400 to show the before weight. My knees certainly appreciate less pounds to carry.
