@simon Actually I don't see how AGPL makes a difference, that's why I didn't touch upon it specifically. AGPL explicitly takes care of "we don't redistribute changed binaries to users and thus GPL doesn't apply" by SaaS hosters. As to using libraries - again, IMHO - it's the same.
