I used to tell myself that eventually everything moves towards progress, even if there are backslides. That’s what the long view on tells us. Yeah it’s too slow sometimes. But right now I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.
I still believe that movement forward will happen. The question is what percentage of our lifespan and sanity will it take? These are not masterminds. I hope for their stupidity to doom them sooner rather than later
