I finally finished Attack on Titan after stopping it 4 years ago...
That may have genuinely been one of the greatest stories I've ever experienced...

My only hang-up is the time skip that I feel could of been a season.
The hardest part about finishing stories for me is I know that may be the last time I experience that world.
What I thought was character assassination for a bit, turned out to be the path that was most faithful to that character.
The characters, the themes- all tragic and awfully timely in many ways for the world we're livin' in.
But yeah; when anime rocks, it really rocks.
I'll try being spoiler free 😂 Like my boi is resting now, he's living a life of peace and I love that for him and all the others.
But GOD, the tragedies we saw in the final season hit so hard.
I watched the subbed finale when it first came out, and then I re-watched through the dub late last year; it made the tears flow both times 😭 incredible voice acting, stunning imagery.. it's really something, from top to bottom.
It's like they only tuned in for the titan fights and nothing else
one of my favourites
of you haven't i recommend watch the OVAs ~ especially no regrets for levis backstory!!
When the first thing he reports to Hangé was that he'd gotten the 3 scouts she gave him killed broke me.
