You make a very interesting point. Housing Authorities collect a significant amount of information from housing voucher holders, including, but not limited to: bank account numbers, life insurance account info, disability status, school transcripts, and school schedules.

Sorry, but attorneys are generally needed to write laws and regulations well. They try to avoid unforseen consequences. It takes some experience to do it well, especially in complex legal areas.

Cool, a college kid in charge. Well even if humans are reviewing proposed changes, afak all of these amendments would need to be listed on the federal register and have an open 60 day period of public comment. Then the agencies need to collect and respond.
