Hint I heard about to help track which companies are selling your data. Whenever you give your email to a company, add “+name of the company). Ex: [email protected]. You still receive the emails like normal, but any new spam list will show the email you put in.

Basically, if you get spam with +netflix, you know Netflix sold your data. Then you can start the “delete all my data, lawsuit for selling without permission, etc..
