The "anti-AI zealots," as I call them, definitely deserve their own study though. I've engaged with a few and their arguments are mostly regurgitated, not really thought out, mostly solved through ethical coding methods or superior energy production methods, and they offer no solutions.

Like, if I didn't know better I might think somebody instructed a bunch of ChatGPT bots to try to fight against the spread of AI and that's where the zealots originally come from. They just happen to pick up easily fired up mobs along the way who never bother to question it.

Good faith discussions and debates with these people are just not possible. They think they know everything and refuse to listen to anyone who actually know. Not only that but they have the audacity to tell me, a disabled person, what accessibility should look like 🤣

Some listen, but it's like one out of twenty so far. I enjoy giving them the chance.

If they listen (as only one has so far), it can be a good discussion. And if they don't, it becomes what I like to call "Whack-A-Troll." Either way I have fun, and block if needed when I'm done to limit the drama.
