The Constitution is the foundation of America's Rule of Law. Trump has installed an illegitimate regime that has violated the Constitution many times and in many ways.
Someone needs to sue Trump for breach of trust, violation of his Oath of Office and violating the Constitution.
If he controls Congress as I believe who writes the laws to then be sent to the Senate/Archivists to be ratified? Sorry trying to understand the US constitution but if he gets a super majority in all branches could this be a chance for him make amendments?
(1)Laws aren’t ratified. They are written by Congress, passed, POTUS signs (or doesn’t), and then tested in the courts. Amendments to the Constitution are ratified. Amendments can be proposed by 2/3 vote in the House and Senate or 2/3 of state legislatures.
(2) after being proposed, an Amendment must be ratified by 3/4 of the state legislatures. (There’s another more obscure method as well). Hope that helps.
Everyone understands these obvious facts except Donald Trump. Trump must be impeached, convicted and removed from office by the Senate, prosecuted for multiple felonies committed in multiple jurisdictions, convicted in all, and sent to prison.

I guess it's up to we the people to try to stop him.
