I could not do either until I began learning how to do both at once.
Within a few years, I had scored a couple paying gigs with the skill, and played with hoops with 6 live fire brands burning.
Remember to give yourself grace and patience when you're learning new things.
I guess I never really thought about doing both at once. They always seemed like things that should be explored/learned individually before combining them. But it's certainly worth a try. Thanks.
