Did Oakland’s progressive bloc discredit itself by refusing to throw Thao to the wolves after Biden’s Feds came for her?
This seems like a failure to learn from the fallout Ali Collins created in SF.
My point is that progs’ insistence on defending people like Thao and Collins after there’s very clear evidence they’re bad news is a liability to their own cause.
At least with Quan a lot of them bailed and backed Kaplan.
