Excellent question, however, it's not the right question to ask.
The CORRECT question is: How long before Congress impeaches and removes Trump for his refusal to follow court orders?
The branches are supposed to be co-equal, Trump is acting as if he is Supreme above the other branches.

The Supreme Court can only rule on the cases brought before it. If the SCOTUS were to say, "Before you do anything, here's an official court order to prevent you from doing X." That would be considered "legislating from the bench," and it would be an "overreach" of the court.

Congress makes the laws that direct and bind the President, the President enforces the laws that Congress passes, the SCOTUS makes rulings based on their interpretation of the law.
