Throughout queer/trans history, every problem we've ever faced was solved with community. Community care and protection. We've been split up during the internet years that let us break into smaller and smaller subgroups. But we do need to come together again.

The era of transition we might soon exit -- HRT is more accessible than it has been at any point in history -- is by far not the historical norm, and before it, trans people were still accessing medical care. We have always taken care of each other; we will always take care of each other.
