Even before nonsense about adrenochrome or Jewish Space Lasers, the horrors of the Holocaust started with people believing in baseless conspiracies like blood libel, the doublethink of both Jewish banking conspiracies and Judeobolshevism, and that the Frankfurt school was an insidious Jewish plot.
