How’d they get straight to the Court? The Court doesn’t have original jurisdiction in removal cases, does it? Don’t they need to go through the lower courts first?

I worry about all the undocumented homeless families over the years. Got them more stably housed but they must be terrified. Without exception, they all fled the most horrendous situations.
