Finally, those doing the actual work that pays the head office salaries, are getting mightily sick of the head office bureaucrats getting bonuses and pay rises while those doing the work are treated like serfs.
Maybe you could make your own Starbucks for a while?
Starbucks coffee:
roast beans until burnt
Grind & add hot water, filter
Add lots of sugar
Add lots of cream
Add tons of favorite spice
Put in fancy white cup with your name on it and a smiley face
Walk around with it in public and act superior
Another thing about Starbucks. Don’t give gift cards - “in its Q3 2022 earnings report, Starbucks reported that it had US$1.7 billion loaded on Starbucks accounts/gift cards waiting to be spent in its stores.”
Will baristas in nearby cities join in solidarity?
I know of four competing expresso Stands within two miles of my house .
It just depends on the shortest line of cars..
