A Russian court has convicted three lawyers of the late opposition leader Alexei Navalny on extremism charges and sentenced them to between 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 years in prison.

Putin manages to always get rid of anyone that can potentially cause him problems or headaches. Wipe out all critics and competition and keep control! Seems to be Trump’s new agenda! Scary!
Being in my 60’s and having watched Russian move from Communist Country to a “democracy” I can’t understand why the Russian people are allowing themselves to be turned back into a dictatorship. Do they genuinely not care or actually prefer to be lied to and oppressed?
Interesting and proved by plenty of documentation his involvement with new-Nazis. And because of that, like Ukrainians, Europe applauds in cheering mode. Stalin was correct about the common sense of Europeans towards authoritarian regimes. Specially Germany
