My mother passed away October 15th last year. She, too, had dementia but I spoke to her (on the phone) the morning she passed. Anyway, before she died I read “The Inbetween” by Hadley Vlahos, a hospice nurse. It gave me much peace and I highly recommend it. I’m sorry for this great loss. It hurts. 💔
