"We wanna make more money off another streaming service instead of just incorporating and adjusting them into the one we already have."
They can suck it.
A year ago, I would have paid extra for MSNBC, but now they can just suck it.
"In addition to MSNBC, the portfolio of the newly created company titled “SpinCo” will also comprise CNBC, USA, Oxygen and E!, among other channels, as well as digital assets, including Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes."
Biggest question I have is how is this going to affect Premier League coverage. Peacock shows most match which is a part of Xfinity and USA and the others will be a part of this new company.
Will matches split between the two or will Premier league loose coverage on USA and now go to Bravo?
I have a similar question about Olympic sports. They closed NBC sports & the Olympic channel a few years ago & said we'd get the same coverage on Peacock/NBC channels. Will all the coverage just move to Peacock? Peacock only keeps some events a few days so if you can't catch it live you miss it.
