In Viking you'll see the Sutter stick. Hwy 14 is quite decent and the land stretches out in front of you. Expect some farm vehicles. Safe travels.

The only thing I know on that map is Vegreville. Did a cross-country trip some 35+ years ago & stopped at the giant egg, but you already know about that! I'll be following to see if you'll be in our area. I'm somewhat familiar with northwest Ontario, too. My nephew does tourism in Dryden.
