The jury found Trump “deliberately and forcibly penetrated Ms. Carroll’s vagina with his fingers.” While this is the basis for a sexual abuse claim in NY, most people, in common parlance, call this act rape. As did Judge Kaplan. Silly to think reporting this on-air created a cause for defamation.
