I'd have to pick either Arcane Collision or Aurora Twilight, to let my bias slip a bit ;)
But for a more narrowed down answer, If I had to pick, probably this one, something about how its angled and background and lighting just works so well for me, it's very pretty to me.
It's honestly one of my favorites, too, and it was the first one Noct had me take charge of doing the rendering! It'll always hold a special place in my heart.
