With power outages, webcams aren’t necessarily going to be up, but if they are, they might give you life images.
In days/weeks the non-emergency police.

This whole situation is awful, the people and irreplaceable art and memories are going to be so deeply missed.
Look for local orgs and groups. It'sll take a day or two, but they will be out there. Never give to Red Cross. It won't help current victims and they are already very well funded.
