I haven't. But I have premium. Maybe it's just that though. If anything, I get more stuff that is catering to centralist stances from the EU and far right suggestions of their politicians (I'm in the U.S btw)

I have premium too and YouTube keeps filling my recommends with political garbage and stuff I don't want. Legit spend like 20 minutes a day trying to clear it.

I find this happens every few months to me and has for years.

Its like YouTube is like "hey bro, ready to get radicalized?"

Little do they know I'm already playing for the other team.

Gives me an opportunity to block out garbage.

If you are running on Pc or Android add the blocktube extension and then you can just block any accounts that do it in search or reccomended and they're gone for good.

Watching YouTube videos related to any relatively nerdy niche (wrestling, comics, anime, video games, etc) will end up flooding your algorithm with that nonsense.

It’s best to hit “Do Not Recommend Channel” and “Not Interested” as much as possible

That's been happening a lot lately. You want something really alarming, start a second account and see what Youtube feeds you. It's literally nothing but all that crap. It's no wonder young people are being so corrupted.
