I have tried that, yes— unfortunately I am just so sensitive to caffeine that it still makes me anxious, so I think I’m really just not a caffeine person! Just gotta get through this week and I think I’ll be fine.
Fingers crossed!
It took me about three weeks to get over side effects before I started drinking tea.
Watch your blood pressure too. If it's low, you're going to have to find another way to raise it in the morning. Walking works for me.
When I quit drinking caffeine, I expected headaches and brain fog, but didn't know that withdrawal can also make you feel low. It took about 2 weeks, but then the sun came back out. It was worth it! I just wish I'd known to expect it. (Hope this is helpful and not... something negative.) Good luck.
